Ziad kayssi

Ziad Kayssi is currently a Branch Manager. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1962, Ziad Kayssi emigrated to Canada in 1983.He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Concordia University in Montreal but changed his career path in 2002. Islamically, he has studied under several scholars, most notably Sheikh Salaheddin al-Idbli from Aleppo, who granted him a written teaching ijaza in several subjects. He has met many renowned scholars, including Sh. Abdul Fattah Abu-Ghuddah, Sh. Mahmoud Tahhan, and Sh. Mohamed Emin Err, may Allah have mercy on them. He has a "general Ijaza" to narrate many books by isnad, granted by Sh. Nizam Yaqoubi, who narrated them from his Indonesian Sheikh & Muhaddith Sh. Yaseen Fadani Makki & Sh. Abdullah al-Ghumari (Morocco). His favourite subjects in Islamic studies are Hadith sciences and History. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, he is an active member of the local chess club and, when time permits, participates in formal chess tournaments every few years. He respects and appreciates the work done by all Islamic mosques, institutions, and associations but has no formal membership with any of them.
