Dr. Adnan Rajeh, MD, FRCPC, is a medical oncologist currently practicing at the Verspeeten Family Cancer Center in London, Ontario. He serves as the Chair, Imam, and residing scholar of the Muslim Wellness Network. Dr. Rajeh is also a co-founder and previous chair of the London Council of Imams (LCI) and a co-founder of the Imam Development Academy (IDA). He graduated from Damascus University Medical School in 2012 and completed his Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology training at Western University in 2023. Dr. Rajeh has also completed fellowships in genitourinary cancers, sarcoma, and melanoma from Western University and the University of Toronto. In addition to his medical credentials, Dr. Rajeh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies and Arabic Literature from Um-Durman University, Faculty of Islamic Principles, earned in 2011. He has obtained multiple ijazat (authenticated certificates) in Quran recitation, hadeeth, different schools of jurisprudence, origins of jurisprudence, tafseer, theology, and other Islamic disciplines from scholars in Syria and Saudi Arabia.
